1. GENERAL SCOPE
Our Service provides premium household organisation and storage solutions. By using this Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. You agree not to use our products for any unauthorised or illegal purposes.

2. SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT POLICY
We serve customers in Europe and the United States, utilizing reliable logistics networks including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days.

Estimated Delivery: The standard delivery window is estimated between 5-12 business days following dispatch.

Delivery Guarantee: If your order is not delivered within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, we will provide a full refund or a replacement shipment immediately.

Customs and Duties: For orders to the US and EU, prices are inclusive of all applicable VAT and import duties (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). Customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

3. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP
In compliance with the UK and European Consumer Rights Directives, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon physical receipt of the goods by the customer or a designated third party. Ownership and responsibility for the items remain with WillowNest Storage Ltd until the moment of successful delivery.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection regulations, customers are entitled to a 14-day Right of Withdrawal. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without the requirement to provide a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact storage@depositdrape.com Items must be in their original condition. Please note: Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the item is verified as damaged or non-conforming.

5. DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS
If an item arrives damaged or exhibits manufacturing defects, please notify our customer service team via email with supporting photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will process a replacement or a full refund. In most instances, customers will not be required to physically return the damaged unit.

6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, while ensuring full compliance with the mandatory consumer protection statutes of the United States and the European Union.
