1. Order Processing and Shipping
   We provide international shipping to Europe and the United States through premium carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS (Priority services).

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Tracking: Automated tracking notifications will be sent to your registered email address at key milestones: dispatch, arrival at the local sorting facility, and out for final delivery.

Delivery Commitment: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement, regardless of the carrier investigation outcome.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
   In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, customers in these regions (and extended to our US customers) have the right to cancel or return their purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers must follow the return process after delivery.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
   If your product arrives damaged or with defects from our UK production line:

Please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Note: In cases of confirmed damage, you are generally not required to return the defective unit, minimizing your inconvenience.

4. Return Instructions and Addresses
   For standard returns (non-damaged items), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure items are sent to our central distribution hub:

Important for US Customers: Please note that we currently process all returns through our UK facility. Customers are responsible for international return shipping and any applicable customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost during return transit.

5. Refunds and Payments
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

Processing Time: While we initiate refunds immediately, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
